ECOM PM Project Design, write and design all types of architectural projects.
PROJECT DESIGN TEAM FUNCTIONS
- Receiving the input data and specifications provided by the Project manager, necessary for the design of the project.
- Analysis of baseline data.
-Realization of previous studies according to parameters defined at the points of departure and receive approval PM
-Adjustments in design development after evaluation of previous studies of PM.
-Development of the preliminary gathering the following contents: Location, Organization parcel distribution plants, sections and elevations previous specification and Avance Avance box surfaces.
-Adjustments in the preliminary evaluation of the content after the FP
-Project implementation Basic-picking the following contents: Location, Organization parcel distribution plants, plants and surface dimensions, sections, elevations, Fire Safety Documentation and text specifications.
-Adjustments of the baseline after evaluation by the PM content
-Completion of the project-implementing collecting the following contents: Basic Project notes modified according to the PM: interior and exterior joinery, structures, facilities, construction details and constructive report.
-Adjustments to the project-execution after evaluating the content of the PM.
-Realization of the technical direction of the work in the following areas of control:
Control of Execution: That the work is executed according to a draft drawn up with the required quality and form.
Control of the timing of work: Plan with the contractors making the deadlines for implementing periodic monitoring of compliance with them.
Economic control of the work.: Performs work certificates to control costs throughout the implementation process that takes the work. It must defend the budget approved by the P.M.
-Development of plans before any changes during the execution after the approval of PM
-Completing the final project work, final completion certificate and other documentation you might need the sponsor (Planning" As built "Book of the building, etc ...).
-Conduct security review and approval of security plans proposed by contractors, monitoring to ensure compliance with safety measures during construction.
-Conduct quality control of materials required by law, according to the quality control program by themselves.
