The project develops an articificial island to be built in a resort with marina, beaches, landscaped and outdoor pools, restaurants, spa, etc ... The group of buildings comprising the hotel presents a traditional Mediterranean Spanish style, very popular architecture in this region.
In exercising creative design pays special attention to the interspace between the buildings, the study of its landscaping, street furniture, water areas, pavements and lighting. The Resort is the concept of a building with most of their circulation areas open to the outside, which the user feel the sea, nature and the warm climate.
The project will integrate Mediterranean flora and architecture and content will be full with various Mediterranean gastronomic restaurants.

El proyecto desarrolla un isla articificial en la que se construirá un Resort con puerto náutico, playas, ajardinamientos y piscinas exteriores, restaurantes, spa, etc… El conjunto de edificios que integran el hotel se plantea con un estilo español mediterráneo tradicional, arquitectura
muy apreciada en esta región.
En el ejercicio creativo dedica especial atención al diseño de los interespacios existentes entre los edificios, al estudio de sus ajardinamientos, mobiliario urbano, zonas de agua, pavimentos e iluminación. El concepto del Resort es el de un edificio con la mayoría de sus zonas de circulación abiertas al exterior, en el que el usuario sienta el mar, la naturaleza y el cálido clima del lugar.
El proyecto integrará flora y arquitectura mediterránea y quedará lleno de contenidos mediterráneos complementarios de tipo gastronomico en sus diferentes restaurantes.
