This is a complex consisting of a 5 * hotel, a 24 Bowling Street and Sports Center and Spa. The project is very close to architectural ruins of historical value, a Roman amphitheater. This raises an eclectic architectural style that does not renounce to modern construction systems integrated with its neoclassical design in this particular environment.

The three buildings are located in the masterplan between small landscaping and classic architecture. These small buildings are housing the cafeteria supplementary services, social club, pub, etc ...

The Hotel building is organized around a central courtyard covered by a huge glass dome. On the ground floor has a perimetral porch that protects against sunlight the several lounges and restaurants on the ground for access.

The project offers a concept of neoclassical architecture, futuristic building materials, which interacts with the environment with respect.

Se trata de un complejo formado por un Hotel 5*, una Bolera de 24 calles y un Centro Deportivo y Spa. El proyecto se encuentra muy próximo a unas ruinas arquitectónicas de valor histórico, concretamente un anfiteatro romano. Se plantea un estilo arquitectónico eclético que no renuncia a sistemas constructivos modernos pero que se integra con su diseño neoclásico en este particular entorno.

Los tres volumenes edificatorios se ubican en plan maestro entre ajardinamientos y pequeñas arquitecturas clásicas. Estos pequeños edificios alojan los servicios complementarios de cafetería, club social, pub, etc ...

El edificio del Hotel se organiza entorno a un gran patio central cubierto por una gran bóveda de vidrio. En la planta baja dispone de un porche perimetral que protege del soleamiento los disntintos salones y restaurantes de la planta de acceso.

El proyecto ofrece un concepto de arquitectura neoclásica , futurista en sus materiales constructivos, que dialoga con el entorno con respeto.
